Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive your return.

  • Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment (for us, this means cash on delivery refunds will be arranged via direct contact with you).

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available for defective or damaged items reported within 3 days of delivery.
